During this transitional phase the design moves from the schematic phase to the contract document phase. The architect/engineer (A/E) prepares drawings and other documents to finalize the design concept and describe it in terms of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Our Consultant, in cooperation with the A/E, prepares a statement of the probable cost of the project.
