We test various geographic locations by conducting market studies that determine the best location for the real estate project within a particular jurisdiction to produce a Feasibility Analysis. We may also test alternative land uses for a given land parcel. Most jurisdictions require the owner or the developer to complete the Feasibility Analysis before approving a permit application for a retail, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, residential or mixed-use project. The Feasibility Analysis takes into account the importance of the business in the target area.
