Mr. Little's many accomplishments include the Meritorious Award from President George H. Walker and Mrs. Bush as well as the Director of the GSA for developing and building the first prototype day care center two blocks from the White House in Washington, D.C. The day care center prototype continues to be used extensively throughout the United States.
Fred brings to Little & Associates, Inc. over twenty-five years of experience and exceptional and varied skill sets in the combined disciplines of Real Estate Development, Real Estate Repositioning, Project Programming, Architecture, Cost Valuations, and Construction Management. He has worked nationally as a construction manager and as a registered architect.
