Project Reporting

Project reporting is a key element of the project communication process. Project reports include the status of outstanding actions from previous reports and meetings, along with project progress for key project tasks, especially tasks with significant business impact or those that involve a significant number of project team members. Project reports include key third party tasks, particularly for vendors or contract resource, as well as the status of resources and the expectations for resource management. Project reports also include key risks regarding people, process and technology as well asa project risk mitigation plan, the management of current issues and their status, and current progress regarding project deliverables and documentation.
